A car seat stroller is great because you can just move the baby out of the car and into the stroller, often without them waking up. This won't be our last stroller, but it was a good no-brainer choice for the first months. It's lightweight, folds easily, and steers well. It's also not that expensive.

This comes in handy when you're trying to do things like eat dinner, go to the bathroom, etc. Keeps them secure and they like the bounce. No batteries: you supply your own bounce. This one is very well made, unlike some others that may be more attractive.
